Can I pay manually with bKash or Nagad?

Yes. Select bKash or Nagad at checkout, send payment to the merchant number, then submit the transaction ID.

What is the delivery charge?

Inside Dhaka delivery is ৳70, outside Dhaka is ৳120, and orders above ৳1,500 get free delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Inside Dhaka usually takes 1–2 business days. Outside Dhaka usually takes 3–5 business days.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes. You can request an exchange within 7 days if the product is unworn, unwashed and has its original tags.
